Playa Rinc\u00f3n (Las Galeras)

Repeatedly ranked among the best beaches in the Caribbean, Playa Rincón is a nearly three-kilometre sweep of white sand backed by coconut palms and green hills on the Samaná peninsula, reached by a rough road or by boat.

A cold freshwater stream at its far end and its remote, undeveloped setting give it a wild, pristine character.
