Key Largo

The first and largest of the Florida Keys, Key Largo is billed as the Diving Capital of the World, home to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, the first undersea park in the US.

It has few natural sand beaches; the draw is the offshore coral reef, clear water and world-class snorkelling and diving rather than the shoreline itself.
